Our Terms & Conditions apply to any sale concluded between the company Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA and any other individual or legal entity. "Clicking" to confirm validation of your order is worth acceptance of the sales contract as well as these General Terms & Conditions.
Each customer by accepting the Terms & Conditions declares to have legal capacity to enter the contract.
Our online shop does not sell alcohol to minors under 18 years of age in accordance with Article L 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code. Consequently, by completing your order and accepting our Terms & Conditions, the buyer pledges to be over 18 years of age and legally entitled to enter into the related contract. The Customer is required to confirm their date of birth at the time of the creation of his Customer account.

Article 1 : Products, offers and prices
Offers and products offered for sale are valid only within the limits of available stocks. Stock shortages cannot give rise to any claim for compensation due to the impossibility of delivering the sold out product.
All our prices are in Euros and include VAT.
Prices include VAT and other taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice, depending on fluctuations in tax rates.
Prices do not include delivery. Shipping fees depend on the amount of products you want to purchase, as well as the weight and destination of your order (see Delivery Rates)
The products remain the property of the company Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA until their complete payment. However, the transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of the products will be made upon delivery and receipt of goods by the Customer.
Article 2 : Payment
For online payments, the Customer is redirected to the Monetico website of the CIC Bank. The order is confirmed once the bank authorises the transaction.
Article 3 : Cancellation Policy, Right of Withdrawal and Customer Service
The Customer is committed to their order as soon as they click on "Confirm Order & Proceed to Payment”. An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
We make sure the order is dispatched within approximately three working days, and inform the Customer of its progress.
In accordance with French Law - particularly in application of article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code - The customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to justify their choice or pay penalties. The customer will return at their own expense the products that did not give them satisfaction to the following address: Les Jardins de St-Vincent 49, grande rue 39600 Arbois France.
Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA reserves the right to cancel the order or to make a partial delivery without having to justify this decision. The customer will be notified of this modification or cancellation by email.
The customer has the possibility to request the cancellation of their order by contacting Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA no later than 48 hours before the delivery date. The company Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA reserves the right to accept the cancellation. An order is cancelled once the company Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA confirms this cancellation by email.
Possible delivery errors or defective goods will be reported at the time of receipt of the order. Failure to report them will be deemed acceptance of the goods.
Article 4 : Reservation of ownership
La marchandise reste propriété de la société Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA jusqu’à son complet paiement.
We, Les Jardins de Saint Vincent.SA, reserve the ownership of any and all goods we deliver until they have been paid for in full.
Article 5 : Shipping Policy
To ensure safe and optimal transportation, we ship our bottles in 6 or 12 bottle shipping boxes.
Please keep in mind that a Magnum counts as 2 bottles!
For France, shipping fees are :
For 1 to 5 bottles – shipping fees are 17 Euros including VAT.
From the 6th bottle, shipping is free for the whole order.
For shipping to other countries :
Zone 1 : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Zone 2 : Austria, Denmark, Italy and Great Britain.
Zone 3 : Spain, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Zone 4 : Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania and Bulgaria.
For 1 to 12 bottles : Zone 1: 25€ / Zone 2: 29€ / Zone 3: 34€ / Zone 4: 44€

The Customer will have to return to the manufacturer of the products by using the mentions stated on the packaging.
Article 9 : Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall exclusively be subject to French law.
In case of any dispute related to the terms & conditions of Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA or with the sales contracts resulting from orders placed with the company Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA – these will be brought exclusively before the competent courts that the company Les Jardins de St-Vincent.SA depends on.
